Purpose:
Our GP practice uses a system functionality called EMIS writeback. It allows other authorised NHS organisations involved in your direct care to add relevant clinical information directly into your GP record
Legal Basis:
Article 6(1)e – Task carried out in the public interest.
Article 9(2)h – Provision of Health or Social Care.
GP practice remains the data controller for your GP record.
